Yangquan Ai'er Eye Hospital officially opened to the public on Oct 15 in Yangquan city. 

As the first hospital of its kind in the city specializing in ophthalmology, it integrates clinical practice with scientific research and teaching, and has the capacity to handle up to 20,000 outpatients a year. 

The hospital has multiple ophthalmic specialty departments for cataracts, glaucoma, refractive surgery, fundus diseases like lesions of the retina, optometry, and pediatric amblyopia. It provides various ophthalmic diagnosis and treatment services, such as for corneal diseases and eye trauma, myopia prevention and control, and refractive surgery. 

The hospital offers online appointments and offline guidance services, providing convenient access to eye care for the residents of Yangquan in a convenient, professional, and efficient manner.
