The Chengqu district of Yangquan city in North China's Shanxi province recently established partnerships with two universities. 

The district will carry out cooperation with Tiangong University in manufacturing, product research and development, and enterprise management, as well as strengthen cooperation with Tianjin Chengjian University in urban construction, urban management, and urban culture.

It will also further collaboration with two universities in undergraduate internships and training, employment and entrepreneurship, alumni investment and talent attraction so as to support local high-quality development.

In recent years, Chengqu district in Yangquan has taken talent as the main driver of local development and continued to deepen cooperation with universities and colleges. 

So far, the district has established an undergraduate joint training center with the School of Mechanical Engineering and School of Aeronautics and Astronautics of Tiangong University, a scientific research platform with the School of Architecture of Tianjin Chengjian University, and a science and technology achievement transformation center with the School of Control and Mechanical Engineering of Tianjin Chengjian University.
