Intermediary rewards: Intermediaries who introduce projects meeting the transformation and development requirements of Yangquan will each receive compensation of up to 5 million yuan ($762,707).

Incentives for investment enterprises: Land with the lowest transfer price will be sold to investment enterprises for their new industrial projects and incentives at a ratio of 30 to 100 percent, according to their contribution to land profits and financial revenue.

For three consecutive years from the date of commissioning of projects, awards of 60 to 80 percent will be given to these enterprises according to their local finance contribution. High-tech projects or headquarters economy-related enterprises will be awarded 80 percent of the contribution.
