Located in section B of Taihang International New City on Saiyu Road in Kuangqu district, China Navalley Industrial Park is a project that was jointly launched in May 2019 by the government of Kuangqu district in Yangquan city in North China's Shanxi province and Yangquan Coal Industry Group, a mining giant based in the city. 

Local officials said that the district authorities and the company have worked together to build China Navalley into one of the leading industrial parks in Shanxi province, to attract high-end brand enterprises, innovative teams and entrepreneurial projects to settle in the district. 

They said China Navalley Industrial Park offers business incubation services, comprehensive government services, as well as investment and financing services to the companies moving there. 

Officials added that it is committed to developing a one-stop service site for administrative approvals, financial support, technology research and development -- as well as creating an industrial incubation and an industry-university-research institute integrated development system. 

The park has a goal of developing into a unique industrial transformation project cluster in Shanxi province. 

As such, the park has been encouraging the growth of advanced information technology, advanced intelligent equipment manufacturing, new materials and new energy industrial clusters. It has been innovating in and cultivating the latest in services and in the military-private business partnerships sector, among others.

Officials said that promising new product development projects and key high-tech industrial projects at the international or leading domestic level -- which can drive local industrial innovation in key areas -- are particularly welcome in the park.
