People dressed in vibrant costumes perform the Taige dance in Yangquan city, Shanxi province. Taige, a traditional show popular in Pingding county in Yangquan city, is an ancient folk dance performance -- in which the performers, usually boys and girls, stand high on plank platforms and other people carrying poles below parade on the streets.
