Stewed tofu in Yuxian county
Ingredients: potato
Condiments: pepper, star anise, ginger, sugar, salt, monosodium glutamate, thick green onion, garlic, cola, sesame, cumin, and soy sauce.
Recipe:
1. Wash the small potatoes without peeling
2. Boil the potatoes thoroughly and then drip dry them
3. Fry the boiled potatoes until their skins slightly wrinkle then drip dry from the edible oil. Make bittern in another pan; add all the condiments into it; add the fried potatoes in the marinade and braise them for 20 minutes; put peeled boiled eggs in it and cook them for another 10 minutes, then remove the eggs.
4. Check the potatoes with a chopstick to see if they are cooked thoroughly. Take out the potatoes and eggs and season them with the marinade after all the condiments in the soup are removed. The dish can be served after two hours of pickling.
