The "Red Pomegranate" autonomous bus, Yangquan's first line dedicated to promoting ethnic unity, was unveiled on July 14 at the Intelligent Manufacturing Industrial Park in the city's High-Tech Industrial Development Zone.

The autonomous bus line offers complimentary rides every half hour, with a total of 24 trips daily. The route begins at the Intelligent Manufacturing Industrial Park and travels through Dalian Street, Baojin Road, and Pingyang Road.

It connects key locations, including the zone's government service center, major commercial districts, schools, communities, and transport hubs.

The initiative aims to create a mobile platform to promote ethnic unity. By integrating the concept of ethnic harmony into daily commutes, it allows individuals from various ethnic backgrounds to experience the technological convenience of Yangquan, known as the "City of Smart Cars".
