The 1947 Yangquan Memory Museum hosted a vibrant cultural fair during the Spring Festival, bringing traditional festivities to life.
The fair featured a grand lantern exhibition, a bustling ancient-style market, captivating folk culture performances, a spectacular iron flower show, and beautifully illuminated street scenes. It also offered various activities, such as tasting delicious traditional foods and playing games.

The museum was built on the former site of the Yangquan Water Pump Factory, which was established in 1946 and was one of the first five professional water pump manufacturers in China.
The museum is a landmark that blends industrial heritage with cultural elements, exuding a rich atmosphere and preserving the city's historical memory. It is the first "city memory" themed venue in Shanxi province.
