The Yangquan section of the Taihang No1 Tourism Road was unveiled on April 30 in the city of Yangquan.
With the main tourism road spanning 287 kilometers now fully open and supported by 213 kilometers of connecting routes, over 40 tourist spots across five zones are accessible. Efforts to integrate information, services, slow travel options, and scenic attractions have significantly boosted overall road service capacity as it relates to tourism.
Bus transportation serves as the backbone of these tourism routes, offering comprehensive services to travelers. Yangquan's transportation bureau and tourism bureau collaborate to deeply integrate bus transport with cultural tourism sites along the routes. This not only enhanced tourism product offerings, but also ensured more convenient, comfortable, and safe travel experiences for visitors.
The northern Qiuyou Zhongyi line runs from Yangquan East Railway Station through Xianren township, Camel Road, Niudao Ridge, Shijiata village, and back to Yangquan East Railway Station. The southern Guzhou Mingbang line features two routes: one from Yangquan East Railway Station through Taihang No 1 Tourism Road to the Guguan Great Wall Scenic Area and back, and another through the Hongyanling Scenic Area to Daqian Ancient Village and back to Yangquan East Railway Station.
