A launch ceremony of the 2023 Yangquan Science and Technology Activity Week took place in the city of Yangquan on May 24.

The event is hosted by Yangquan science and technology bureau, the publicity department of the Yangquan Municipal Party Committee, and Yangquan Science and Technology Association.

At the event site, visitors can access several areas of policy promotion, convenience service spots, enterprise product display, robotic display, and a dedicated area where board displays are fully set up to reflect the city's effective measures and latest accomplishments in optimizing innovation environment. 

During the science and technology activity week, Yangquan is expected to organize more than 10 special activities such as the 12th China Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition Yangquan Division Selection and the science popularization demonstration of autonomous driving.

The event aims to let the general public, especially young people, feel the charm and allure of science and technology, create a social environment that stimulates innovation, boost scientific and technological innovation of enterprise development, and contribute scientific and technological strength to the high-quality development of Yangquan.
