Yangquan's H1 foreign trade growth rate ranks top in Shanxi
Yangquan city's foreign trade hit 838.36 million yuan ($120.10 million) in the first half of 2020, surging 123.8 percent compared with the same period last year -- and the growth rate ranking top of the cities in North China's Shanxi province, local officials said.
The value of exports jumped to 292.03 million yuan, up 33.2 percent year on year, while imports were worth 546.32 million yuan, up 251.7 percent.
Moving forwards, Yangquan customs plans to further help local companies to boost the development of the city's foreign trade and its economic transformation.
