The first Pingding Cultural Tourism Art Season and the 2019 Niangzi Pass Cultural Tourism Product Exchange kicked off on April 30 at Niangzi Pass Scenic Spot, Pingding county, Yangquan in Shanxi province.

At the launching ceremony, Wang Zhouping, deputy director of the Yangquan municipal bureau of culture and tourism development, said that the event will greatly contribute to the development of creative products in Pingding county and promote regional economic and cultural tourism development with Niangzi Pass as the leading .

The main venue of the event was the Waterfall Scenic Spot, and there were three other venues of Guancheng Scenic Spot, Shiliuyuan Scenic Spot and Xinglong Ancient Street.

The staff of the event also introduced the crafts, creative ideas and historical origins of intangible cultural heritage products such as Pingding hand-cut porcelain and purple clay ceramics art at the cultural and creative products exhibition hall.

As an important measure to build the Pingding cultural tourism brand and promote a deep integration of culture and tourism, the event will further enhance the county's transformation and development.
