Yangquan Dayangquan Coal Co, Ltd. Hospital is located in Xiyu village, Yijing town, Yangquan city, inside Dayangquan Coal Company campus. It is affiliated to Yangquan Dayangquan Coal Co, Ltd. The hospital was founded in 1977, and formerly known as Yangquan Dayangquan Coal Mine Pit Emergency Rescue Station. In February, 1990, it applied to the Yangquan Health Bureau to be approved as a staff hospital. 

In February, 1993, it was approved by the City Health Bureau to be the staff hospital of Dayangquan Coal Mine. In 2012, due to the name change of Dayangquan Coal Company, Dayangquan Coal Mine Workers Hospital was renamed Dayangquan Coal Co, Ltd. Hospital. In 2004, it passed the provincial and municipal evaluation and became a 1st-grade A-level hospital, and was approved as a designated medical institution for occupational health examination by the provincial health department in the same year. In August 2005, the hospital signed an agreement with Yangquan Medical Insurance Center, and was formally confirmed to be a designated medical institution of Yangquan Medical Insurance. 

The hospital covers a land area of 769.76 square meters and a building area of 3079.04 square meters. It has 20 beds, 25 departments and a registered capital of 1.46 million Yuan. The hospital services are mainly for the staff of Dayangquan Company, their family members and surrounding residents.

By the end of December 2018, there were 63 employees in Yangquan Dayangquan Coal Co, Ltd. Hospital, including 58 health workers and five administrative staff. Among them, five employees are with deputy senior professional titles, 21 people with intermediate professional titles, 33 with junior professional titles; There are 17 doctors and 19 nurses.
