Yangquan Maternal and Child Health Care and Family Planning Service Center. 

Established by the Yangquan Municipal Government in accordance with the Law of the People's Republic of China on Maternal and Infant Health Care, the Yangquan Maternal and Child Health Care and Family Planning Service Center (Yangquan Maternal and Child Health Care Center) is a professional public health institution, the only 2nd-grade A-level maternal and child health care hospital and children's special hospital and critical neonatal treatment center in the city. It provides basic medical treatment for urban residents and is a rural and urban employee medical insurance designated institution as well as a public welfare institution at the sub-county level.

Integrated in 2015 with the former Yangquan Maternal and Child Health Care Center and the Yangquan Population and Family Planning Service Center, it is located at No.6, Changqingyuan Lane, Area 3, Xinhua West Street (Beilingpo) in the Chengqu district of the city (the Development Zone Clinic is at No28, Dalian Street), and operates in accordance with the policy of "focusing on health care, aiming at reproductive health protection, health care combined with clinical work, and being grass-roots oriented, group-oriented, and prevention-oriented". By integrating health care with clinical work, the center focuses on the city's women and children and major and basic public health services. Its objectives are set by the various women's and children's health indicators in the "Outlines for the Development of Chinese Women" and "Outlines for the Development of Chinese Children". Women's health, child health, gynaecology, obstetrics, pediatrics, neonatology, reproductive health and infertility diagnosis and treatment are focuses of the hospital.
