To deepen exchanges and mutual learning between different civilizations, an international art delegation from seven countries visited the Jinci Temple Museum in Taiyuan, capital of North China's Shanxi province, on Oct 8, bringing a cultural feast that combined international, folk, and artistic elements.
The event was hosted by the Taiyuan bureau of cultural relics and organized by the Jinci Temple Museum, Jinci Temple Park, and art troupes from Spain, the Philippines, Benin, Georgia and Mexico.
Artists from these countries performed parades through dance and orchestra at the Jinci Temple Museum. The museum also held programs for ethnic music, original dance, and traditional opera, showcasing Chinese cultural heritage.
After the performance, guides took the guests on a tour of the museum, where they explored cultural heritage spanning thousands of years. During the following symposium, participants from various countries discussed culture, traditional customs, and artistic expression, sharing new ideas on cultural development and exploring new areas of cooperation in the cultural field.
