These measures are set to encourage and support innovation in policies, systems, institutions and mechanisms in the field of digital economy. They will accelerate the establishment of digital economy monitoring indicators, and the development of evaluation systems. Additionally, they will strengthen the monitoring and annual evaluation of digital economy operations.

Enterprises will be supported in quality development, technological innovation, brand cultivation and management enhancement.

Plans are for the city to develop industrial parks featuring the digital economy, and to carry out multi-level cooperation and exchanges with provinces and municipalities that are also rapidly developing their digital industry.

In addition, Taiyuan will explore the establishment of a talent pool of digital economy experts, while also conducting related trainings, investigations and exchange events.
