Xiaodian district in Taiyuan, capital of North China's Shanxi province, recently rolled out 35 measures to further advance the industrial development of local business and commercial services.

Influential brands that set up their first stores in North China, Shanxi, and Taiyuan in the district will be given a one-time reward of 80,000 yuan ($11,728.45), 50,000 yuan and 30,000 yuan, respectively, to each operator who introduces the stores, while the annual maximum reward for each operator will be set at 500,000 yuan. 

Automobile trading enterprises with a business area of more than 2,000 square meters or second-hand car trading enterprises set up in the district will receive a one-time reward of 200,000 yuan. If they are engaged in new energy automobile trading, another one-time reward of 100,000 yuan will be given. 

Xiaodian district will give different rewards to local high-end hotels, catering enterprises, large supermarkets, home appliance enterprises, digital enterprises, and building materials complexes, with the maximum reward set at 300,000 yuan. 

The district will support the development of commercial enterprises and private capital in investing in business districts. Local government departments will offer convenient support in terms of site selection of commercial enterprise projects, construction of smart business districts, upgrading and renovation of venues, installation of advertising plaques, firefighting equipment acceptance, and public transportation.
