Enterprises in Taiyuan, capital of North China's Shanxi province, signed 20 projects with a total contract value of 662 million yuan ($102.91 million) at the featured product trade fair of the 12th Expo Central China on May 22. 

According to Taiyuan municipal bureau of commerce, the projects signed on the spot included the vinegar, tea, condiment and new energy sectors. 

During the fair, Taiyuan enterprises presented the city's Chinese time-honored brands, brewed products, tea products, and intangible cultural heritage products to businesspeople at home and abroad, effectively promoting the profile of Taiyuan brands.
