An industrial park of the Shanan Lyu Zhu Technology Co Ltd began operation on Oct 27, 2018 at the Yangqu Industrial Park in the Shanxi Transformation and Comprehensive Reform Demonstration Zone. The park, as a pioneering area for Shanxi's sustainable development and innovative transformation, aims to build itself into an industrial base for China's prefabricated construction and a national-level zone for high-tech enterprises.

Built by the Shanxi Transformation and Comprehensive Reform Demonstration Zone, Shanxi Industrial Equipment Installation Group Co Ltd and Jinggong Steel Building Group, the park has a planning area of 500 mu, or 33.3 hectares, with an estimated investment of 1.8 billion yuan ($269 million).

It is committed to be a first-class industrial zone for prefabricated construction consisting of research and development, design, manufacturing, construction and services. The park is striving to formulate a systematic industrial chain with qualified prefabrication, intelligent production and fabricated construction by integrating the sector's superior resources and applying the state-of-the-art technologies such as the Building Information Modeling (BIM), as well as advanced equipment and management systems.

Developing prefabricated construction is viewed as a way to transform the production method from labor-intensive to technology-intensive and the construction mode from traditional one to onsite assembly of industrial products.

The park is expected to produce integrated main structure systems, unitized curtain wall systems, new metal curtain wall systems, new floor systems and modular integrated housing. Its annual production value is expected to reach 2.1 billion yuan with 185 million yuan tax revenue. The park will offer more than 2,000 job opportunities.
