How to keep healthy during the epidemic period?

When purchasing:

1. Make a detailed shopping list in advance, so that you can buy quickly and efficiently, minimizing the time spent in the market.

2. Try to avoid holding anything directly by hand when buying goods. Wear gloves or place a shopping bag over your hand to handle goods.

3. Try to buy all your needed goods at once and reduce the frequency of shopping.

4. Do not buy poultry from unknown sources and do not eat the meat of wild animals.

5. Don't get close to others at the check-out.

6. Bring your own shopping bags to minimize contact with public facilities.

7. Go home immediately after buying the required items.

After returning home:

1. Put purchased food directly into the kitchen.

2. Take off your protective mask. Do not touch the outside of the mask with your hands, fold the mask tightly, put it in a bag and discard it.

3. Disinfect the outer surface of the jacket, shoes (including soles) and shopping bags.

4. Wash your hands carefully with running water and pay attention to cleaning the faucet.

5. Disinfect or wash items brought back home.

6. Disinfect the door handle surface, light switch, mobile phones and keys and open the window for 30 minutes. 

When cooking:

1. Wash ingredients with running water first.

2. Separate cutting boards and knives from raw materials and cooked food.

3. Eat fresh ingredients as much as possible and don't eat raw ingredients.

4. Meat and eggs should be thoroughly cooked before eating.

5. Eat more fruits and vegetables, increase your nutrition, peel fruit as much as possible. 

Before sleep:

1. Do some simple fitness exercises.

2. Clean rooms regularly.

3. Wash clothes frequently to maintain personal hygiene.

4. Don't stay up late and get enough sleep.

5. Don't be overly nervous and maintain a positive mindset.
