The "2025 International Trade and Investment Promotion Agencies and Business Associations Visit Shanxi" event, organized by the Shanxi Provincial Committee of the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade, was held at the Shanxi International Conference Center on Nov 27. 

The event brought together representatives from over 13 international trade and investment promotion agencies and business associations, including delegates from Germany, Israel, Morocco, Malaysia, the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO), and the China-Asia Economic Development Association. More than 150 participants from relevant Shanxi departments and export-oriented enterprises attended to explore opportunities for cooperation and development.

Key departments from Shanxi, along with representatives from Taiyuan, Datong, and Changzhi, delivered presentations highlighting the province's substantial potential and opportunities in industrial transformation, innovation ecosystems, and cultural-tourism integration. Organizations such as the SCO Multifunctional Economic and Trade Platform and the State of Bavaria China Office expressed strong interest in deepening cooperation with Shanxi.

Following the presentations, a matchmaking session and an exhibition showcasing Shanxi's premium products were held. These activities facilitated lively discussions and fruitful business negotiations between international trade representatives and Shanxi enterprises.

The event featured thematic presentations, signing ceremonies, matchmaking sessions, and on-site project visits, offering an efficient platform for exchange. Participants agreed that the event not only boosted international awareness of Shanxi's recent achievements but also effectively matched cooperation needs, laying a solid foundation for mutually beneficial partnerships across broader and deeper areas.
