This year, North China's Shanxi province will enhance its opening-up to build a new inland beacon for international opening-up.

In 2024, the province established a "1+N" policy system to expand opening-up and introduced 16 measures to align with international high standards. The comprehensive service level of cross-border e-commerce continued to improve, with 15 regular China-Europe freight train routes covering 48 cities in 16 countries.

This year, the province will strengthen international investment cooperation, fostering a market-oriented, rule-of-law-based, and internationalized business environment. Efforts will also be made to facilitate trade and investment, shaping new advantages in Shanxi's international opening-up.

Shanxi will continue to implement the "1+N" policy system, strengthen support for open platforms, and facilitate the expansion of functions such as bonded logistics and warehousing at bonded logistics centers.

The province will enhance the functionality of open channels, advance the high-level opening of Taiyuan's airports, and promote the opening-up of airports in Datong and Yuncheng. New international postal routes will facilitate the entry of premium Shanxi products into the global market through the China-Europe freight trains.

A service coordination center will be established to promote the transfer of foreign investment industries, and connections with eastern China will be strengthened to attract the transfer of foreign manufacturing and processing trade industries.
