Scenic spots across North China's Shanxi province will present colorful Lantern Festival activities, such as lantern viewing, riddle guessing, and food tasting, providing a unique tourist experience.

The House of the Huangcheng Chancellor will host the Lantern Festival Joyful Gathering event, with folk and ancient-style dance performances and intangible cultural heritage displays taking turns on stage. The scenic spot will also feature a variety of intriguing lantern riddles for visitors to solve, offering the joy of traditional customs and the chance to win prizes.

The "Celebrate the Shanxi New Year in Situ Town" event will continue until Feb 13. The Guinness World Record-breaking molten iron fireworks performance will create a festive atmosphere, dazzling visitors with romantic folk fireworks.

The temple fair at Xiaojianshan Scenic Area will continue until March 4. Dragon and lion dances, opera performances, and more will be staged, allowing visitors to appreciate the scenic beauty while experiencing the charm of traditional Chinese culture.

Taiyuan Fantawild theme park will launch the "Fantawild Chinese New Year" event. The event will feature various activities catering to visitors' diverse travel needs, such as a fish lantern parade, the "Fantasy Mountains and Seas" series of lantern shows, the Fantawild Chinese New Year market, and folk performances.
