Since the opening of the third session of the 13th Shanxi Provincial Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC), members and participating units have diligently fulfilled their duties, actively submitting numerous valuable proposals and suggestions.

As of 6 pm on Jan 18, a total of 896 proposals had been received, covering economic, political cultural, and social development, as well as ecological civilization.

On Jan 16, the third session of the 13th CPPCC Shanxi Committee reported on the proposal work carried out 2024. Throughout the year, 1,355 proposals were submitted, with 1,131 cases being accepted and registered since the second session of the 13th CPPCC Shanxi Committee. All 1,131 registered proposals have been processed by the responsible units and departments.

Additionally, as of noon on Jan 18, the third session of the 14th Shanxi Provincial People's Congress had received 465 motions, criticisms, and opinions from deputies in various areas.
