Shanxi to offer 'one-stop' integrated services for business relocation

Starting this March, North China's Shanxi province will provide "one-stop" integrated services to facilitate business relocation registration more efficiently. This initiative aims to streamline the process and ensure effective procedure implementation.

The Shanxi Provincial Market Supervision Administration will offer more convenient services to reduce the necessary steps, materials, time, and physical visits for businesses to complete all relocation procedures.

The "one-stop" registration for business relocation covers application for enterprise relocation, filing for enterprise relocation, registration changes for enterprises, application for enterprise tax relocation, changes in the basic information of social insurance units at the relocation site, and registration of enterprise social insurance at the relocation site. Processing methods are categorized as physically visiting service windows offline and applying services online.

If applicants submit complete and legally compliant materials for offline processing, the dedicated service window will accept them and internally distribute them to the relevant approval departments, initiating a parallel processing procedure.

For online processing, the system automatically merges and shares the information after applicants submit their business relocation registration applications. The data is then distributed to relevant departments' processing systems according to the relocation process. The results of each step are shared in real-time, allowing for parallel approvals and progress tracking.
