The second "2024 European Enterprises' Shanxi Tour – Shanxi Transformation and Comprehensive Reform Demonstration Jinzhong Zone" investment promotion and industry matchmaking event was held from Nov 13 to 15 in Jinzhong, North China's Shanxi province.

A delegation of European companies visited the Jinzhong Zone in the Shanxi Transformation and Comprehensive Reform Demonstration Zone, where the delegation members engaged in face-to-face exchanges and cooperation with local enterprises.

During their visit, the European delegation toured Shanxi Deyuantang Pharmaceutical Co and Shanxi Yunzhihui Technology Co, gaining in-depth insights into the latest developments of Jinzhong Zone's business environment, industrial growth, and technological innovation.

At the investment promotion and industry matchmaking event, representatives from Germany, Italy, Norway, and other countries met with over 30 local enterprises from the zone. They discussed the latest technological products and future collaboration opportunities in robotics, industrial coatings, new energy, and precision instruments.

An official from the Department of Commerce of Shanxi Province emphasized the department's commitment to supporting the Jinzhong Zone in introducing advanced technologies to transform and upgrade existing industries.

The department aims to foster the development of a unified domestic market, promote the China–Germany Empowerment Innovation Center project, and enhance international industrial cooperation between the two countries. They will also encourage regional collaboration and industrial transfers, attracting more production and R&D bases to settle in Shanxi and Jinzhong.

A representative from Jinzhong stated that the zone is dedicated to creating the best possible business environment and providing convenience and support for investors and businesses.
