Pei Xiu, a native of Peibai village in Yuncheng, Shanxi province, was a government official in the Western Jin Dynasty (265-316) 1700 years ago. He was in charge of water conservancy and construction, excelled in map drawing, and created the "Yu Gong Regional Map", pioneering ancient Chinese cartography and earning the title of "Father of Scientific Cartography in China".
In the fourth episode, we follow him to Pei Xiu's hometown – Peibai village, to explore the map-making secrets of the renowned official.
