Shanxi holds tourism consumption season event

Shanxi Cultural Tourism Investment Group Co launched the "Celebrate National Day, Enjoy Golden Autumn" product promotion and tourism consumption season event on Sept 27 at Binhu Square in Taiyuan, North China's Shanxi province.

The event showcased the province's abundant tourism resources alongside the innovative achievements of the group. It introduced 13 themed boutique tourism routes and 138 million yuan ($19.68 million) worth of cultural and tourism consumption packages, offering tourists substantial discounts and surprises.

With 20 diverse cultural and tourism product booths on-site, the event showcased various tourism products and the services of 13 subsidiary companies under the group. These companies are involved in culture, entertainment, wellness, hotels, cultural and creative products, trade, and real estate.

Of particular note were the 13 themed boutique tourism routes unveiled by the Group. These routes cater to personalized traveler needs and cover ancient architecture, hot spring wellness, cultural heritage exploration, music fan revelry, self-drive tours, rural customs, aerial experiences, educational tours, and natural landscapes.

The group also launched a cultural and tourism consumption package encompassing six categories – tourism services, hotel, dining, wellness, cultural and creative products, car rental services, and scenic area performances.

During the event, the group signed strategic cooperation agreements with travel agencies, airlines, financial institutions, and 28 renowned scenic spots. These agreements aim to jointly drive the high-quality development of Shanxi's cultural and tourism industry.
