Shanxi simplifies business information change procedures
North China's Shanxi province announced on Aug 5 that business information changes in the province will now be handled through a streamlined process, offering "one-stop online services" and "one-stop in-person services" under a unified management system.
This new system covers various changes to business information, including: business registration changes, company seal engraving, basic account updates, tax control equipment changes and issuance, social insurance registration changes, medical insurance registration changes, and registration change of housing provident fund enterprise deposit.
Companies can also apply for simultaneous processing of changes to their name, address, legal representative, business scope, senior management personnel and shareholder information, according to their actual needs.
Through the "efficiently accomplish one task" system, the "one-stop online service" allows applicants to submit information once, and the system then automatically generates application forms for various procedures based on shared information from market regulation, public security, taxation, and human resources departments, as well as the submitted data. This enables the simultaneous submission of materials for multiple procedures through a single online platform.
The "one-stop in-person service" is implemented through designated business registration zones in government service halls. These zones offer "comprehensive front-desk acceptance, classified back-end approval, and unified issuance", achieving "one-window processing".
The "unified management" system allows relevant departments to provide real-time feedback on the processing of applications and share the final results with the Shanxi provincial government service network as shared data, achieving "unified management".
