Aiming to promote the high-quality development of the private economy, North China's Shanxi province recently proposed a series of measures focusing on talent training, entrepreneurship and employment support, and labor relations.

The province will support private enterprises in enhancing the training of skilled talent and encourage the deepening of the school-enterprise cooperation. Additionally, qualified private enterprises are allowed to independently identify their employees' vocational skill levels.

According to the talents' work experience and academic and technical capacity, application channels for professional title evaluation will be established to offer career development opportunities, while declarations for the funding of postdoctoral research workstations and innovation practice bases will also be supported.

To provide employment support, private enterprises can use financial subsidies and employment subsidies to help college and university graduates to find jobs, while human resource service agencies can receive support in providing employment services for workers who are willing to work in private enterprises.

Furthermore, a series of services including entrepreneurship consulting, training, guidance, and occupational injury protection for workers in new forms of employment will be offered.
