Shanxi attends 2024 China (Hangzhou) Food E-commerce Expo

North China's Shanxi province has selected over 50 producers to attend the 2024 China (Hangzhou) Food E-commerce Expo which opened on April 24 in Hangzhou, East China's Zhejiang province, aiming to demonstrate its achievements in e-commerce development and seek cooperation opportunities.

The exhibition is divided into various zones to showcase special products, platforms and supply chain enterprises, time-honored brands, new online products, as well as outstanding online stores. Through this platform, Shanxi is able to showcase its distinctive and high-quality products, as well as the characteristics of its food industry. 

Among the exhibition zones, the special products zone prominently displays products such as Shanxi aged vinegar, Fenjiu liquor, millet, Pingyao beef, miscellaneous grains, and red dates.

The participating companies have expressed their intention to be engaged in discussions and negotiations with e-commerce platforms in order to expand the e-commerce sales of their products. 

On April 25, Shanxi also hosted a special promotion event, focusing on the promotion of its distinctive and high-quality products. The event invited over 200 representatives from Multi-Channel Network (MCN) agencies, platform enterprises, community group purchasing buyers and other e-commerce companies and influencers to participate.
