Shanxi attends China-Danish enterprises roundtable in Denmark

The delegation from North China's Shanxi province attended the Invest in China Roundtable for Danish Enterprises, which was held in Copenhagen, Denmark, on April 2. 

Fifteen executives from Danish companies and organizations, including Lars Sandahl Sørensen, chief executive officer of the Confederation of Danish Industry, participated in the roundtable and delivered speeches. 

Tang Zhiping, vice-governor of Shanxi province, introduced that Shanxi's current status in terms of policies, talent, and technology. These factors highlight the province's limitless investment opportunities.

During the tour in Denmark, Tang said that Shanxi is accelerating the green and low-carbon transformation of its energy industry. He also expressed the province's willingness to strengthen cooperation with Denmark in areas such as wind power, bioenergy, green methanol, the efficient and clean utilization of coal, and biopharmaceuticals.

The Confederation of Danish Industry expressed that Denmark and China are important trade partners. Given that Danish companies have been developing successfully in China, the confederation will continue to support Danish enterprises in expanding their investment in China. 

Participating Danish companies stated that China's achievements in the field of new energy are remarkable, and that they will expand their investments in China in fields such as green shipping, green energy, smart manufacturing, healthy consumption, and biopharmaceuticals.
