The Xiurong Academy Museum in Xinzhou city, North China's Shanxi province, has recently been selected as an international cultural exchange base for overseas Chinese. It is the first of its kind in the city.

The base is a platform constructed by the All-China Federation of Returned Overseas Chinese. It serves as an important vehicle for promoting Chinese culture and facilitating international exchanges.

Currently, Shanxi has 27 international cultural exchange bases for overseas Chinese.

The museum will rely on its resources to promote the construction of a platform for cultural exchanges and cooperation with overseas Chinese. It will actively organize a variety of cultural exchange activities for returned overseas Chinese and their families, telling the stories of Xinzhou, Shanxi, and China.
