Shanxi plans to conduct subsidized vocational skills training for over 350,000 individuals and organize no fewer than 3,000 special public employment service activities throughout this year.

The province will also train 3,000 high-level and urgently needed technical professionals. Other goals for the province are to add 200,000 skilled workers and 100,000 highly skilled professionals into its talent pool.

Shanxi will focus on promoting employment and entrepreneurship for key groups such as college graduates, driving up full-time employment as well as the quality of employment.
