Taiyuan Customs launches e-port service hotline


Taiyuan Customs recently launched the service hotline of China Electronic Port – 95198, providing more convenient and efficient customs clearance services for foreign trade enterprises in North China's Shanxi province. 

The hotline is staffed by a professional team at the Taiyuan Customs Data Center, which can quickly address issues encountered by foreign trade enterprises in the electronic customs clearance process of China's international trade "single window." It aims to respond promptly to the needs of these enterprises and ensure the facilitation of the customs clearance process. 

The services encompass a range of consultation and assistance, including applications for, extensions, unlocking, and cancellation of electronic port access authentication cards. Additionally, it covers China's international trade "single window" application, cross-border e-commerce data connectivity, and the installation and configuration of enterprise-side related applications.

As of October this year, the number of registered users in Shanxi for China's international trade "single window" reached 10,794.
