Shanxi optimizes services for market entities
North China's Shanxi province recently implemented the work plan to further optimize the business environment and reduce the institutional transaction costs of market entities.
Focusing on the construction of a full-life-cycle service system for market entities, Shanxi has been implementing the integrated handling of enterprise start-up and cancellation, and incorporating registration, official seal engraving, invoice application, and bank, social security, medical insurance, and provident fund account opening into the same process.
Relying on the integrated online government service platform, the province has been accelerating the construction of a unified electronic certificate database, upgrading the province's electronic seal and license system, and promoting interregional handling of enterprise-related affairs.
In addition, Shanxi has been improving interregional electronic tax payment and expanding the coverage of commercial banks, aiming to make it possible to handle 95 percent of tax service matters online.
