During this period, the district will build a R&D and production base for the whole industry chain in the fields of intelligent mining and low-carbon energy development and digitalization. It will also introduce more than 100 upstream and downstream enterprises in relevant industries.

It plans to incubate over 10 enterprises with an annual revenue of more than 20 million yuan ($2.93 million), and form an industrial cluster with an annual output value of more than 30 billion yuan, along with an annual tax contribution of over 500 million yuan.

The district will promote the integrated development of the digital economy and industry, agriculture, commerce and trade, and cultural tourism. In addition, it will develop more than 20 application scenarios for the digital economy.

For the current year, Jinyuan will complete the overall development plan for Jinyang Lake Digital Economy Industrial Park, improve its operation and management mechanisms, start the construction of infrastructure and living facilities in the park, and carry out investment promotions.

It will ensure that project construction for Huawei Technologies Co's coal mining headquarters, introduce over 20 upstream and downstream enterprises, and achieve an enterprise revenue of more than 10 billion yuan in 2023.

Jinyang Lake Digital Economy Industrial Park consists of the Jinyang Lake Digital Economy Industry's Core Zone, the Changfeng Business Digital Economy Industrial Development Zone, and the Yaocun Digital Manufacturing Industry Linkage Zone.

Among the three zones, Changfeng zone makes use of more than 300,000 square meters of commercial buildings in Changfeng Business District and Yijing Area. It will attract digital economy enterprises to settle into local office buildings, and expand the digital economy service industry.

Yaocun zone relies on more than 1.33 million sq m of industrial land in Yaocun Emerging Industrial Park to undertake the industrial transfer of the intelligent terminal manufacturing, and electronic information equipment sectors from the core zone and Changfeng zone.
