The 2022 sessions of the National People's Congress and the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) National Committee will be held in Beijing in early March.

Last year, 21 CPPCC National Committee members from North China's Shanxi province submitted 86 proposals to the fourth session of the 13th CPPCC National Committee, 65 of which were filed for further discussion and implementation.

These proposals focused on high-quality development, ecological civilization, deepening reforms in key areas, green and low-carbon development, and improving people's living standards and well-being. 

All the submitted proposals have so far been dealt with, and a number of high-quality proposals have been realized and comprehensively integrated into Shanxi's high-quality development.
