Undergraduates of North China's Shanxi province participated in an online exchange activity with college students in Saitama Prefecture, Japan on Dec 7. 

Twenty students from Shanxi University, Taiyuan University of Technology, Shanxi Medical University, and Taiyuan Normal University, and 11 students from Toyo University in Japan discussed environmental protection and disaster prevention.

The event was meant to enhance awareness of environmental protection and disaster prevention among students of universities and colleges, and promote the strengthening of China-Japan relations.
