Changzhi airport puts new terminal into use

The new terminal of Wangcun Airport in the city of Changzhi in North China's Shanxi province opened on Oct 21 after three years of reconstruction.

The terminal is divided into two floors with the arrival and departure hall on the first floor and the waiting hall on the second floor.

There are eight check-in counters, two self-check-in counters, five security check channels, and brand-new facilities in the terminal to provide passengers with a safe, comfortable, and convenient travel experience.

The airport currently has five airlines operating seven routes to 10 cities, including Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Wuhan, Chongqing, Tianjin, Xiamen, and Chengdu.
