Shanxi will strive to identify disabilities at the earliest possible stage and provide support and rehabilitation for children suffering from disabilities, with the beneficiaries reaching 50,000.

The province will also install automatic external defibrillators in crowded public venues in response to possible emergencies, and the government will give subsidies to install elevators in existing residences.

In addition, 200 rest stations for outdoor laborers will be built in 2021 to improve their working conditions.
