The Jincheng Economic and Technological Development Area in North China's Shanxi province was included in the third group of 92 national demonstration bases for mass entrepreneurship and innovation issued on Dec 24 by the General Office of the State Council, China's Cabinet. 

The 92 bases are divided into four categories according to their professional functions, including 25 for entrepreneurship and employment and 27 for integration and innovation. 

Under the State Council's notice, the Jincheng development area will focus on entrepreneurship and employment in the development of its demonstration base.

It will focus on stabilizing employment, stimulating the vitality of market players and developing itself into an important medium for entrepreneurship and employment. 

It will promote the application of the internet platforms + entrepreneurship pattern in social services.

In so doing, it will effectively support scientific research personnel, undergraduates, returning migrant workers, veterans, laid-off and unemployed people -- to carry out innovation and entrepreneurship and boost entrepreneurship-driven employment and facilitate flexible employment through multiple channels.
