Shanxi Data Traffic Eco Park -- China's first data traffic industrial park -- was recently established in the Shanxi Transformation and Comprehensive Reform Demonstration Zone in North China's Shanxi province, to promote the local digital economy. 

The park -- which is already home to six companies including Shanghai Industrial Investment (Holdings) Group, Dalian Zeus Entertainment Co, Beijing Beitou Education Technology Group and Shanghai Wanxiang Blockchain Inc -- will adopt a market-oriented and industrialized operation model and will be a national pilot zone for the data traffic economy. 

The park will provide full, one-stop and convenient services for administrative examinations.

It will implement an administrative service model that is compatible with the new business model and it will reduce the tax burden of internet celebrities and startups through preferential taxation policies.

Based on tech innovation, it will also protect intellectual property rights in the digital economy with professional IP law enforcement personnel and equipment. 

The park will also enhance the efficiency of judicial services in internet consumption and finance, with a blockchain electronic evidence platform.
