More than 550 athletes squared off against each other in the boxing program for the 2nd National Youth Games in Xinzhou city, in Shanxi province, on Aug 2-13. 

The 12-day event for competitors from sports schools and professional sports clubs across the country saw 57 gold, 57 silver and 114 bronze medals awarded, with Shanxi scooping up 11 golds.
