The eight-day gymnastics finals for the 2nd National Youth Games concluded in Taiyuan, Shanxi province, on Aug 6. 

The finals attracted 238 athletes in 24 teams from across China, aged 12-17, to compete in 14 events including the pommel horse, rings, floor exercises and the uneven bars. 

The gymnastics sport program saw 35 gold medals awarded. Taiyuan sports school from Shanxi province ranked second in the list with nine gold medals.
