The synchronized swimming finals for the 2nd National Youth Games were held in the Shanxi Sports Center in Taiyuan city on July 20-23. 

More than 200 athletes in 21 teams from across China participated in the event. Entries, divided into social clubs and sports school groups, competed in individual and doubles events. 

Shanxi's delegation won three golds out of the total 16 gold medals during the four-day final.
