The torch relay for the 2nd National Youth Games is ongoing in Xinzhou city in northern Shanxi province, the wake of the city taking the baton from Shuozhou city on July 11, according to officials. 

The relay in the city will run its course over 35 kilometers through 14 local counties and districts until July 17, with 350 torchbearers taking part.

Xinzhou city, featuring the magnificent scenery of the Yellow River and the Great Wall, will host boxing and wrestling events during the coming games.
