As the snow season winds down, Datong in Shanxi province is drawing visitors with its distinctive "March Exclusive" experience at ski resorts.

With March temperatures remaining stable, skiers can relish the thrill of winter sports without the harsh cold, enjoying a delightful mix of winter excitement and emerging spring warmth. This "dual-season experience" has pleasantly surprised many.

Datong's ski resorts have experienced a surge in visitors, especially from Beijing, Tianjin, and Hebei. Zhang Xiaojun, a visitor from Shanghai, expressed his excitement, saying, "Missing this would mean waiting another 10 months. I want to capture the last of the snow season. Here, you can feel the breath of spring while enjoying the charm of winter snow sports — it's a truly unique experience." 

Datong's resorts have implemented nighttime snow grooming, regular artificial snow replenishment, and discount passes to enhance the skiing experience.
