This new model is powered by the DeepSeek intelligent computing machine, featuring a full-scale deployment of the DeepSeek model (671B) and the establishment of a digital base intelligent platform.

Tailored to the city's development needs and application scenarios, multiple AI civil servants known as "DeepTong" have been introduced, marking a qualitative leap in government work efficiency.

"DeepTong" is already playing a crucial role in various public service scenarios. In public resource transactions, it assists in reviewing material, improving transaction efficiency and optimizing the business environment.

For public hotline services, it uses a demand model to accurately identify types of public requests, enabling automatic distribution and reassignment.
