On April 3, the unveiling ceremony of Jinchuang Valley Datong was held in Datong, North China's Shanxi province.

This marks an important initiative in Shanxi province to accelerate industrial innovation through technological advancements, actively nurturing new quality production forces. It is also another step forward in the province-wide deployment of the Jinchuang Valley innovation-driven platform, following the success of the pioneering zone in Taiyuan.

Jinchuang Valley Datong is a collaborative effort between the Datong Economic and Technological Development Zone and Zhongguancun Zhiku Co, a subsidiary of Zhongguancun Development Group. Spanning an area of 392,000 square meters, Jinchuang Valley Datong leverages the city's advantageous location to integrate into the coordinated development of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.

Jinchuang Valley Datong will focus on key areas such as new equipment manufacturing, new materials, new energy, and digital economy. It aims to establish an industrial mechanism that relies on "Beijing R&D Design, Datong Pilot Manufacturing". This initiative will create a new highland for Beijing-Shanxi collaborative innovation, a coordinated zone for Zhongguancun Group's high-quality development, and an experimental field for Shanxi's industrial transformation and upgrade.
